Terms of Service

These terms cover the Pokemon Collection website and its trading tools, Pip features, and HOME refill service, operated by Brandon Meadors. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. If you are not legally able to enter an agreement yourself, involve your parent or guardian. Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another user, access another person’s account or Pokémon, bypass membership checks, exploit bugs, automate abuse, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

Follow the instructions for the selected game and provide only files and information you are authorized to use. Trades depend on game servers, consoles, network connections, and third-party services; interruptions and failed attempts can occur. Keep a copy of files you need. When a recovery download is offered, retrieve it within the displayed availability period. We do not promise uninterrupted trading, successful recovery in every case, or acceptance of a Pokémon in every game, event, or third-party service.

Membership benefits depend on a current qualifying tier verified through Patreon or Discord’s YouTube membership roles. Role synchronization may take time. Apprentice through Completionist members can request one HOME refill per user per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Master tier and above can request custom trainer details and Transfer Only Pokémon. Transfer Only Pokémon retain their fixed trainer identifiers. Requests remain subject to supported games, availability, and the instructions shown in the refill flow. Follow staff instructions, provide a fresh QR code when requested, and mark your request finished after collecting your Pokémon. Never use the refill process to access someone else’s Pokémon.

Prices and contents are shown before checkout. Website purchases provide digital items or features, not physical goods. Digital purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This does not exclude remedies for faulty or undelivered digital content or other mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@pokemoncollection.net about a missing purchase, duplicate charge, or billing error so we can investigate. Membership billing and cancellation through Patreon or YouTube are handled through the relevant platform and its terms.

Pip currencies, equipment, cosmetics, and other virtual items are for use within the service and have no cash redemption value. Features, balance, availability, and supported games may change. We do not promise that any feature will remain available indefinitely. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You retain rights you hold in information and files you submit. You allow us to process and share them with the service providers and authorized staff needed to carry out your requests, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unlawful content or material that infringes someone else’s rights. Your use of Nintendo, Pokémon HOME, Google, Discord, Patreon, YouTube, and payment services is also subject to their applicable terms.

We work to keep the service functioning but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a problem affects your account, purchase, or trade, contact support with the relevant details; do not include passwords or payment-card details.

Pokemon Collection is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon names, characters, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
